当前，沙特阿拉伯汽车产业正从愿景规划迈入落地执行阶段。依托2030愿景、国家工业战略，以及沙特阿拉伯政府统筹协同、全力赋能投资者，沙特阿拉伯已为汽车产业本土化筑牢坚实根基。

在此基础上，国家工业发展中心全程陪伴投资者走完投资全流程，从市场调研研判、商业方案打造，到利益相关方协调、对接各类扶持项目，再到长期后续配套服务，全程提供专业支持。

沙特阿拉伯是中东地区规模最大的汽车市场之一。2025年，沙特阿拉伯轻型汽车销量约达85万辆；在乘用车、运动型多用途汽车、商用车、卡车及客车的强劲需求拉动下，未来几年销量有望攀升至100万辆。

当前，沙特阿拉伯汽车制造业发展势头强劲，覆盖商用车、新能源汽车、乘用车领域，汽车核心配套供应链产业也蓬勃兴起。此外，各类投资项目正陆续落地投产，包含轮胎、汽车玻璃、塑胶制品、动力电池、汽车座椅、内饰零部件等关键汽车零部件。

沙特阿拉伯拥有体量庞大、需求多元的汽车市场，乘用车、SUV、商用车、卡车、客车等细分领域市场需求旺盛。这不仅为整车制造创造了广阔机遇，也为汽车零部件本土化生产和供应链体系建设提供了巨大空间。

沙特阿拉伯政府为投资者提供全投资周期的协同政策支持，涵盖营商便利化服务、多方机构统筹对接、专项融资方案、政策激励（如公用事业补贴、符合条件的资本开支补助）、基础设施配套建设及其他多项扶持举措。

Saudi Arabia’s automotive sector is moving from ambition to execution. The Kingdom has built a strong foundation for industrial localization, supported by Vision 2030, the National Industrial Strategy, and coordinated government efforts to enable investors.

At the National Industrial Development Center, we work with investors across the full journey, from market understanding and business case development to stakeholder coordination, access to support programs, and long-term aftercare.

Saudi Arabia is one of the largest automotive markets in the region, with light vehicle sales reaching around 850,000 units in 2025 and expected to grow toward 1 million units in the coming years, supported by strong demand across passenger vehicles, SUVs, commercial vehicles, trucks, and buses.

Today, Saudi Arabia is seeing growing momentum in automotive manufacturing, including commercial vehicles, electric vehicles, passenger vehicles, and key supplier industries. Investments are taking shape across areas such as tires, glass, plastics, batteries, seating, interior components, and other critical automotive parts.

The Kingdom also offers a large and diversified market, with strong demand across passenger cars, SUVs, commercial vehicles, trucks, and buses. This creates opportunities not only for vehicle manufacturing, but also for component localization and supply chain development.

Saudi Arabia provides investors with coordinated government support across the full investment journey, including business facilitation, stakeholder alignment, financing programs, incentives such as subsidized utilities and eligible CAPEX grants, infrastructure enablement, and other support programs.

Our message to Chinese investors is simple: Saudi Arabia is open for partnership. We welcome companies that are looking to expand, localize, and participate in building a competitive automotive industrial ecosystem that can serve Saudi Arabia, the wider region, and global export markets.
